great experience at the resort

my family and i found that albion and his team were very friendly. they always ensured we had drinks throughout our evenings. i also found the service really great. it was an excellent experience overall and i would certainly consider returning.
during my stay, i noticed the gym had limited space. there was also consistent banging from above, possibly due to the gym's location above the treatment rooms. resolving this noise issue would greatly enhance the spa experience.

the hotel's location is good, close to the old town.
The hotel is severely understaffed and caters to too many people. I found the staff looked exhausted. management really needs to address this issue! i constantly had to request room cleaning, and it wasn't done until very late.

decent premises spoiled by service shortfalls

inconsistent restockinglacking attentiveness
i encountered notable issues . the minibar was not consistently restocked and i had to request items. the beach sunbeds were often fully occupied early, this created difficulties in securing a spot. the service at the ammouda bar was lacking in attentiveness, staff seemed disinterested.
